Polos may have gotten their start in India a couple of centuries ago but they really hit their stride in the 1970s. Ralph Lauren kicked off his casual wear company and the staple of the brand was the polo.

Since then this type of “super-shirt” has seen nothing but growth, driven in part by sports like golf and tennis. It’s still on an upward trajectory so grab a couple today, brand them for added value and watch good things happen.
